科研業績

    科研業績:
    建立了能夠描述核結構材料鋯合金中氫化物在非均勻應力場中析出形貌的相場模型,得到了與實驗一致的結果並解釋了過程的機理,該模型為研究氫化物滯後斷裂提供了基礎。
    用相場方法研究了鐵磁性形狀記憶合金NiMnGa在外磁場及應力場的作用下的磁應變效應及贗彈性的規律,解釋了在外磁場下產生贗彈性的原因及90度磁疇壁和孿晶壁的耦合對該合金磁彈性行為的重要影響。
    建立了描寫變磁性馬氏體合金NiMnInCo的熱力學模型及相場模型,該模型可以模擬磁場驅動的反鐵磁性到鐵磁性的逆馬氏體相變,並結合第一性原理計算討論了過程的機理。
    用微磁學及相場方法係統地研究了自旋轉移力矩的規律,對電流驅動自旋翻轉及進動在不同電流、外場及基底應力條件下的動力學特性進行了研究,對應用及減小臨界電流的可能方案和納米自旋振蕩器的設計進行了探討。現在正對更廣泛的自旋輸運現象進行研究。
    研究了巴克豪森效應無損檢測,對材料疲勞、退火不均勻及磨焦進行過研究,製作出了基於巴克豪森效應的磁彈性儀。
